Specialized Family Care Program

SFC staff will be working remotely and available to SFC providers through their work cell phones. If you have an emergency or specific needs please contact your Family Based Care Specialist. The public may continue to make referrals or apply to be a home provider by utilizing this site. All staff contact information can be accessed by Contact Us.

  3. Specialized Family Care Provider understands the nutritional requirements/expectations for a Specialized Family Care Person in Placement
